This sample application demonstrates most of Javascript's capabilities. The data
is 'hard coded' in arrays in many cases, which simulates how the page would be returned
by a server side process. Note how the record selection windows allow you to sort rows
simply by clicking on the column header - just like Windows Explorer. Cookies are used
to store the "role code" that you select on this panel.
